News Vlasic also in Zagreb

Vlasic_BarcelonaZAGREB (CRO) - High jump star Blanka Vlasic confirmed her participation at Zagreb Hanzekovic Memorial IAAF World Challenge meet on September 13. Her health situation was not affected by her Daegu performance and she will be ready to jump in Zagreb and then at the SDL final in Brussels on September 16.

  More stars for Hanzekovic Memorial Zagreb Grand Prix on September 13 are already confirmed. Biggest star of the meet is Usain Bolt will be running his first 100 m after disqualification in Daegu. Other world champions from Daegu competing are Kirani James at 400 m, Jason Richardson at 110 m Hurdles, Anna Chicherova in high jump, Sally Pearson at 100 m hurdles, Carmelita Jeter in the 100 m and Mitchell Watt in the long jump and hammer world bronze medal winner Slovenian Primoz Kozmus is announced for the last this year's IAAF Hammer Challenge event which will be part of the Croatian meet.
All available nearly 4000 tickets for the IAAF World Challenge Meet of Zagreb (September 13) have been sold out.
